| As we draw to the end of our long weekend, I reminisce: Thursday: - Had a student at 9:00AM. We were both tired.
- Made Key Lime Squares. It was supposed to be Key Lime Pie, but we didn't have any cream in our house, so I made them into squares. They're really sweet, with way too much powdered sugar on top (because I went a little crazy, okay?) but they're yummy.
- Speech rehearsal with Solgos. I *heart* that crazy man, even though he freaks me out sometimes. He had 3 key lime squares, which made me happy, and also scared me a little; I've never seen him eat so much junk/dessert food in one sitting.
- Speech gathering at Erica's house. So basically, there are a couple of really freakin talented speechies on our varsity team. And, there was some pretty darn awesome pie.
Friday: - Violin lesson.
- Shopping with my mommy, which was fun. I got a couple of tanktops really really cheap because, well, they're not in season anymore. And I got pretty sweater from Forever 21. I love that store. And I got a shirt and a necklace. And I got these really cute hair clips too; I've developed a recent obession with hair clips.
- There was an AWESOME thunderstorm! I was excited.
Saturday: - Wheaton North Technicolor Tournament! I was Almond. I speech TO THE MAX!
- Finished my APUSH reading for Wednesday! Yay for working ahead!
Sunday: - Finished EDOK + assorted other homework + played too much Solitaire
- One student
